Countries are motivated by the desire to deter potential threats from adversaries who might be developing their own AI weapons. This fear of falling behind can accelerate development.
AI can be everywhere, from Drones to unmanned ground vehicles to naval systems that can operate with little to no human intervention or can making decisions on -the-fly in combat situations. It can process vast amounts of data from various sensors to provide better strategic and tactical decision-making, potentially leading to quicker, more precise targeting. It can plan to conduct or defend cyber warfare or can conduct coordinated actions among large numbers of small drones or robots and can overwhelm defenses through sheer numbers and coordinated tactics.

World need to have a new international treaties for addressing the challenges of AI in 21st century. Their has to be a Global consensus on Developing standards for transparency in AI military applications, ensuring human oversight, and establishing clear lines of accountability. Civil Society and Policy makers need to talk about regulating AI usage in lethal weapons, that has the potential to impact humanity.
