Customers of Microsoft Azure can now easily access and monitor enterprise-grade Oracle Database services in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure {OCI}. thanks to the collaboration
Users can migrate or build new applications on Azure and then connect to managed Oracle Database services such as Autonomous Database running on OCI.

With the announcement of Oracle Database Service for Microsoft Azure, Microsoft and Oracle are expanding their collaboration to further simplify the Multicloud experience. Many joint customers, including some of the world’s largest corporations such as AT&T, Marriott International, Veritas, and SGS, want to select the best services from multiple cloud providers to optimise performance, scalability, and the ability to accelerate business modernization efforts.
The Oracle Database Service for Azure expands on the core capabilities of the Oracle Interconnect for Azure, allowing any customer to integrate workloads on Microsoft Azure with Oracle Database services on OCI more easily. There are no fees to use the Oracle Database Service for Microsoft Azure, the Oracle Interconnect for Microsoft Azure, or to move data between OCI and Azure. Customers will only be charged for the services they use from Azure or Oracle, such as Azure Synapse or Oracle Autonomous Database.
